“I really want to give our stay a 5 star review bc the place is beautiful with awesome pools and amenities however it is clear there is absolutely no one managing this place. The only staff present are a bartender and chef who comes in on the weekend. There was no one to help us check in and nothing was labeled to know where we were staying. Our cabin was really nice with great views. However, there were ants in our cabin’s bunk room that covered my clothes in the morning. The stairs leading……

“For the most part room was clean but the sheets on one of our queen beds was dirty had snot on one corner of the sheets and stains which we removed before bed. But Laurel the front desk clerk was AMAZING she was very accommodating with extra towels and wash cloths we needed she has a very great attitude bubbly personality and was a pleasure to talk to thanks Laurel for such a pleasant stay for my son's college graduation your the BEST keep up your amazing attitude and smile. “Hotel was under renovation without any notice prior to arrive. Had to ask for everything including soap. Realized when ready for coffee, no cups. No carpet or baseboards in hallway. Everything was dirty with drywall dust. Air conditional was marginal at best. Asked for a different floor but apparently all floors were the same. Asked for a lower rate based on conditions but only received a token reduction. I have never written a review like this, so conclude what you want. Not a good……

“The livestock tour was the highlight for us - spotted a brand new kid beside it's mama in the tribe of goats before our guide did. The hosts were great and farm fresh eggs were available with breakfast.”

“Super clean, quiet & comfy stay at road’s end. Chickens, dogs & cats roaming giving barnyard vibes, spouse dubbed unit a barndominium! Closets stuffed with cards, games, magazines, extra linens, pillows & blankets, toiletries. Full array of kitchen appliances, dishware, cookware, plentiful plugs! We’d return, as will previous guestbook entries. TV with streaming options for evenings or rainy days. Excellent value & congenial hosts! Gate and door entry, WiFi access easy peasy compared to most.”
